These Terms of Service govern your use of the Duoshot app and related services provided by Evergreen Apps Ltd. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Use of the App
Evergreen Apps Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Duoshot for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Restrictions

- Modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer Duoshot or any part of it
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the app
- Transfer the app to another person or “mirror” its materials on any other server
- Use the app in any way that abuses, disrupts, or interferes with our networks or services
- Use the app to transmit harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful content
- Use the app in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Send unsolicited advertising or promotional material through the app
- Harvest, collect, or gather user data without consent
- Use the app in a way that infringes on the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of third parties
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Evergreen Apps Ltd. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the app.
The licence terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Evergreen Apps Ltd at any time.
Automatic Updates
You grant permission for the app to download and install updates automatically. These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and develop the app and may take the form of bug fixes, new features, or new versions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Evergreen Apps Ltd does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergreen Apps Ltd disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Evergreen Apps Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

iOS-Specific Terms
If you access Duoshot through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Apple Inc. has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app
- In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app
- Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession and use of the app
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you
Termination
Evergreen Apps Ltd may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
Evergreen Apps Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the app or on our website.
